Sodexo Indonesia Annual Conference & Employee Recognition 2025.

Sodexo Indonesia successfully held its Annual Conference and Employee Recognition in  October 2025, uniting leaders and team members from across the organization to reflect on achievements, align future priorities, and strengthen collaboration for the year ahead.

Under the inspiring theme "Level Up!", the conference emphasized continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a shared purpose — to create a better everyday life for everyone.

Throughout the sessions, participants reflected on FY25 achievements — from client retention and sustainability to people development — while identifying opportunities to accelerate growth in FY26. The event also reinforced Sodexo’s 3 Check for Safety initiative, strengthening the company’s safety culture. Leadership messages encouraged everyone to embrace innovation, collaboration, and the Level Up spirit.

Adding a cultural touch, participants wore traditional Indonesian attire in the Touch of Nusantara segment, celebrating unity in diversity through vibrant national costumes.

The event also honored outstanding achievements, including the Head Office Special Recognition, BD Top Performer, and Site of the Year Awards, alongside Long Service Awards for 5, 10, and 20 years of dedication, presented by CEO Mitchell Naibaho and HR Manager Anisa Puri.

A Night of Unity and Celebration

The evening closed with a lively cultural showcase and creative catwalk, culminating in the Best Costume announcement. In his closing remarks, CEO Mitchell Naibaho thanked all employees for their hard work and reminded everyone that success is built on passion, perseverance, and the continuous drive to Level Up!
