How do we achieve this? Our people start each workday by asking themselves, “Do I have the know-how, the right equipment and a safe environment for my work?” We are trained to have a safety mindset, reporting incidents and near misses the second they are spotted. Innovative technology, such as remote control glass cleaners that reach tall places, also helps us improve working conditions. 

In China, virtual reality kitchen safety training guides our employees on completing operations in different scenarios to minimise the risk of injuries in real life. VR safety training substantially saves time, prevents food waste in face-to-face trainings and overcomes limitations in space and manpower.
